This wedding at Bendooley Estate had me in creative overdrive!
Nic and Kris are one of the cutest young couples. Their love story began on their first day of uni and continued to grow in leaps and bounds over the coming years. Nic being the romantic at heart even booked an engagement photo session with me BEFORE they were officially engaged! Fast forward 5 years, Nic proposed and Kris said YES!
We got things started with a private first look in the gardens surrounding the homestead. Nic couldn’t contain his excitement at seeing his beautiful bride before everyone else and it was such an intimate and sweet way to get into their wedding celebrations.
Their ceremony was held amongst the lush gardens on a chilly August afternoon. Despite the temperature, these two lovers warmed everyones hearts with their touching and personal wedding vows.
After their nuptuals, we watched their special people congratulate them both with hugs and laughs recalling fond memories together. Friends and family members all mingled together and were united by the love these two share. We strolled through the incredible grounds surrounding the estate and took in the magical views as the sun said farewell.
Kicking the energy levels up a notch, we entered into party mode. Nic and Kris had a very simple and informal night planned which allowed them more opportunity to mingle with their special people and dance the night away. We even managed to steal away into the evening for some photos, braving the cold and taking in the peaceful surroundings.
